Default X-pipe, H-pipe, Exhause question

not to be so... car savvy, (sarcasm) but if i were to buy equal length shorty headers, what do i buy for an x-pipe or h-pipe? does just a pipe for shorty headers work? or do i need to get something special. any help would be great!! thanks

any mid pipe would work (as long as its not made for long tubes.).
You only need a different (shorter) mid pipe when you use long tube headers as they are much longer then stock. For shorties you do not need a shorty mid pipe, just a regual length one (aka one for shorty or stock exhaust manifolds).
