Would it be possible...
If I bought an exhaust adaptor kit (http://www.mustangtuning.com/v6duexadkit1.html) could I set up a SLP Loudmouth onto that or would I have to stick with just the Steeda catback?

Yes sir you could, dont think anyone hear has done it but DAMN would that be one hell of a loud sixer. You could also look into buying the 'mufflers' from SLP (if you cant call them that) and having a shop weld you up an exhaust from your Y pipe, but you would have to buy tips etc. It wouldbe cleaner to do the Y pipe and GT catback...

Does it let you install an X/H pipe and dual catback?
Does it make it "true dual"
I'm confused. :wallbash:

I think I've got a change of heart as far as my stang goes. I think I'm just going to keep it stock for now and then a year or so into college I'll get either an '05-'06 GT or a '96-'03 Cobra. I'm leaning more towards getting a GT because I love the new style, but it all depends on the prices I find then.

You don't have to dump money into your car to enjoy it till you get a new one, spend wisely. I paid 300 dollars w/ shipping included for a catback on my v6 and it woke up that car, paid 300 for rims with shipping with tires and it looked remarkable. Car was fun to drive and with a few other cosmetic mods it was one hot SN95...

Yea, I need new tires and I think I'll just get the rims polished. I also need new struts and shocks so I'll just get some new springs and c/c plates with all that.
Those '03s are hott but I late the older models too. It all depends on what kind of deals I can find at the time and how much money I can put down. I really want one of the '05+s. I don't think I'll get another V6 just for the fact that you can't do a whole lot in terms of performace if you want to be competative at all. My uncles own *** Bros. Racing and they do stock car drag racing. They've been helping me look for deals on Rousch stuff because they've got a good buddy that they do business with.

I dont imagine there being a real power benefit over using an exhaust designed for a V6, only thing would be that SLP and bassani and a few others make really good catbacks, just not for the sixer.
If so, is there anything I could do to have it use any ole GT X/H

for ghostwalker
I was wondering what kind of exhaust for his six did ghostwalker get for $300 that woke his car up. I have been looking at exhaust for my 97 v6 and exhaust is expensive. So where and what did ghostwalker get for his v6?
