You are replacing 15inch wheels, with 15inch wheels? This is a "while you're in there" type of thing to a point.
for around $1200 you can have 17x9 and 17x10.5 wheels with tires and thats if you buy new.
You get get this for less if you shop around for a while.

Look online, you can find some used ones that are nice for 6-800, granted the tires are used and you will ahve to deal with some scratches. I found a set of mach 1 rims for 670 when i was looking for rims, they just werent what I was going for.
I spent around 900 for rims and tires on mine ( not my sig, just like the black ones in the pic thread, different manufacturer though). And I am in college too and have a very limited schedule thanks to being a biochem major in track, throw a kegger and make $100 on a 40 person party
