Default Camber Issues

I have an 04 GT. Just installed Steeda X2 ball joints, Steeda bumpsteer kit, Eiback pro kit springs, Tokico struts, and J&M CC Plates. I took it in for an alignment today, and the tech couldnt get the left front within specs. The right front is barely in spec. Both plates are at maximum adjustment for camber. Could this be a bent control arm? I'm open to suggestions. Thanks!

First question is, how far is it still out and next question is do you trust the person thats doing the work? Is this a four wheel alignment and could there be something wrong with the rear alignment?

If its just a little bit out you can take a die grinder and extend the passages in the CC plates a little to make up the difference.

Its 1.3 degrees out. I thought about extending the holes as well. But I hit a bad pot hole a couple years ago and wonder if my control arm got bent and its just now showing after lowering it. The rear is fine, it's obvious the camber is off because the tire is leaning in.
