Default cc bushing order-summit

I'm refreshing the suspension on my 97 GT convertible. I added Steeda x2 ball joints and bumpsteer kit. Used the spacer. Also new polyurethane control arm bushings. I've kept the UPR/Eibach lowering springs, Eibach sway bars with new poly bushings, and summit racing c/c plates. My question is in what order should I put the bushing spacers on the strut? Right now i have large 1 below the plate & short above. Thanks.

I also have poly offset steering rack bushings.

I ended up short bushing below the plate &the long bushing and spacer on top. Seems to be clearing the hood. I didn't cut off the rubber, don't think it'll make a big difference in long run. Seems to me that the point is to get the top of the strut as far as possible without hitting hood. Sound right?
