Default Camber Bolts vs. Camber Plates

Can someone tell me the difference between camber bolts and camber plates? Is there a superior degree of adjustability between one and the other? Any other notable differences that makes one better to use?

Camber bolts only allow for one dimension of adjustment (camber). However, caster-camber plates allows for two dimensions. I'd personally would stick w/ the plates since I would be nervous that the bolts would either move or break.

Thank you. That pretty much made up my mind.
