I think the great state of texas will put your *** in the great state of jail/cornholed for driving around with that chit. Federal regulation AFAIK specifies that amber running lights need to be on street cars. Every state I know of has a vehicle code supporting amber only running lights. Decorative lights are another story.

TX law mandates(as most states do) that front/side marker lights be amber in color. Rear marker lights may be amber or red. Brake lights must be red. Rear license plate must be illuminated in white. AlLSO, it is illegal to have ANY flashing lights while the vehicle is moving. Blue, red, amber, and green lights are reserved for emergency and service vehicles, and are illegal on all vehicles not authorized for those activities.(ie, volunteer FD can run lights, but only to respond to calls)
