havent seen much for advice yet. what you should do is take it to a professional detailer and ask them what they would do about it. what we would do is wash the car very gentley. then clay the bad areas. we would then wash is again. then take a high speed wheel and polish the crap out of it. most likely it will need to be touched up then polished and waxed. we have done a couple cars over the years with very obscene words keyed into doors, bumpers, fenders, hood and you get the point. after it was done it looked brand new! i would leave this to a professional. don't do to like maaco or something because then will charge alot and the outcome may not be very good

well before i did anything to the cosmetics of it I would pursue a lawsuit...although being your situation it might not be much help...but its worth a try id say...then go and fix it.

Yea, we could do that, but the fact is we need more of a permanant solution. The cars not even a year old and the paint on it is pretty much ruined, especially on the rear bumper. Were probably gunna try to go through court and see what we can do.

Maybe I mis-read somewhere, my bad. Anyways...what they did to the car is strictly out of line. I would take tons of pictures and take the car and show the guy what he did. Paperwork would help, but you could still take him to court for it and still have a shot.

Yea, its cool. All the pics i have i posted up on the first post. It kinda was like what 95stang said, its like more of a backyard job because there was no paperwork. We should have drawn up a legal document if anything, but we didnt know.

Like I said find a professional detailer who deals with paint correction not these guys who do wax jobs and orbital polishers. I mean actual paint correction with high speed polishers and cutting compounds to take care of those marks. Most of them look to me only clear coat and can be fixed by someone who knows what they are doing.

I'd beat the guy half to death, and sue the hell out of his other half, stomp on whatever is left, then turn around and due the same exact thing to his car.
