theres no equation. sometimes (as with the stock 4.6) you can determine a safe "limit" but thats only determined by those who have broken parts consistantly enough to study these breakages and come to a point where you realize these failures occur. since you are using a turbo, its easy for you. get your car on a dyno and adjust the wastegate for a low boost level. run it more and more until the environment seems to become unsafe or your satifsied with the results. your setup leaves open areas. which heads?cams?intake? these all play effect on your boost level. you should be more concerned about how much rwhp your motor can put out before becoming unsafe. the 347 is a big stroke, so be careful. is this a street car?
