it helps with steering instead of sliding into something. as stupid as it looks, its helpful.

yeah, I could understand if they had BOTH....but if its bad enough that they need front ones, they need rear ones

Not really. Driving in the snow has to be experience instead of telling. you hit the brakes and slide and turning does nothing. RWD has nothing to do with that because almost all of your braking is done up front. Even antilock braking isnt going to work when you are already sliding.

thats exactly how my bumper got messed up.....

but you would still need em to get the car MOVING in the first place...

i drove mine last year in the winter. the only time i had a problem was trying to move out of 4 inches of snow into the road inbetween cars.

i wouldnt have had the problem if my fuel light handt have came on....i shoulda fileld up the day before, damnit!

if you drive long distances dont they fall off. out here in dover in snowy weather those things disappear from our trucks on the flightline. good thing the c-5's cant suck them up through the intake.
