I either run Mobil 1 full snythetic or Castrol full synthetic. Go to Walmart and you can get either of those in the 5 quart jug for $22. 5W20 or 5W30. I go to Kragen to get my oil filters though since Walmart has shitty Fram.

Whats wrong with fram filters? I have always used fram with no complaints at all. As for oil I've used just about everything but valvoline. Now I'm using Q horsepower full synthetic in all three fords at my house.
