Anyone have a rear seat delete to show off!?

I like the idea of getting rid of my rear seat, giving me a better place to put my subwoofers, but I haven't seen one yet that I would be completely satisfied with. Mach, I love the basic design of yours, but I was thinking...
I would want to use a plastic or some kind of paint over the wood instead of carpet. To me, the carpet just looks out of place in the middle of the plastic side panels. Maybe some sort of fake leather covering to match the headrest?
Also, I have 2 subwoofers, and would definitely put the speakers where the seat backs were, and then the amp where the seat bottom was, or maybe even just hidden in the trunk.
Any opinions on this?

to elaborate on r3d's response to this....
find the anchor points and use a T-40 or T-45 Torx socket to remove the bolts. Sears has those in a kit thats about 25 bucks, and you get most of the sizes, they are 3/8 drive and 1/4 inch drive for the smaller sizes. So get a 3/8 drive ratchet for the seatbelt bolts.
