i don't care if people call me stupid or not. between now and next year i have the Mod list planned out. i'll also be getting a new paint job(around 5G) this winter. and a s/c fromt VMP tuning.

Supercharger
rear rims and tires 18x10 black bullitt rims
cobra wing
cobra sideskirts
GT sidescoops
cobra 3rd brakelight and harness.

i figured, why finance a gt or mach and have payments everymonth. an old paint job and still a stock slow GT. when i could do this, have a fresh new black paint job and be hella faster than a GT.

 

You really know how to waste money. Your getting a new paint job? Wtf for? And your buying 18" Black Bullitts, when you have 17"s now. Geeze.

 

cause i want it black, the yellow is fading, the new painted parts are a newer looking yellow than the original paint job in 01' the rest is faded. and i'm only buying 18x10 for the rear, i'm keeping 17x9 up front.

 

You just need it detailed by a real detailer and the oxidation in your paint will go away. I honestly can't believe how much money you have spent yet your still slow. I mean come on, go get the supercharger don't waste any money on the outside it looks good keep it that way. Even with the procharger you wont be faster then a bolt on GT with your stock converter you wont be leaving hard.

Mach1s stock tbh aren't impressive...

 

it still would be a mach1 though.

 

For the price of it you could twin turbo the 6... much more unique

But swervo dished a pretty penny out for that kit..and the car..

8 grand or so buys you a 6, something like 5 grand buys you a TT Kit from TMA, and if you have some mechanical skills and can read instructions, you can prolly do it in your garage

 

but you wont get the sound of a raw v8. i would rather be slower with a v8 purely for sound than faster with the six. i cannot stand how six's sound.

i've been thinking, i have to focus on the stuff i need right now. car looks great, ATM i do not need a Paint Job, Cobra wing, or side skirts. i'm going to get the trunk panel(between the tailights) painted the gloss black, get the GT sidescoops, get a few interior pieces ive been wanting and call it quits till winter. then when winter comes i plan on getting the S/C and then maybe the cobra wing and sideskirts.

 

YAY he got some smarts! PLEASE god don't waste any more money on the car and get the Supercharger, and stop spending on the car. save the rest of the money for schooling or retirement. put the money in an ING savings account or Invest it into some stocks or something.

 

or just give us the money.
