DRL - Daytime running lamps

I would like to install OE DRL's on my 02 v6 vert. I would prefer plug-n-play without cutting or splicing into the headlamp harness. Can this be accomplished and if so parts and price.

only thing aval from Ford is a add-on kit which requires cutting and splicing wires, sels for @$72.00 + shipping.
