Well they better. Im glad its just a sticker but it will be a pain in the *** to remove.

lol.. if you can pick it up cheap wear a ski mask when you drive it home and pull it in the garage and close the door. hehe.. Don't open the door till it's fixed. hehe... There is a newish GT mustang near me at a dealer with hideous flames on it. I'll try to get a pic soon. lol...

That is just horrible and I would use that to negotiate the price plus ask them to lower it even more as you dont want the wheels.

Yeah the bad thing is most dealers will try to use those hideous "upgrades" as a selling pitch. "This car has expensive aftermarket wheels! That alone is why we have to ask more!" they will say... lol..
Go back to see them after it has sat on their lot for a few weeks and people laugh at it and they'll talk differently. hehe...
You know... I know I have to say I actually feel sorry for that car. It's kinda like a dog that's been mistreated. It needs a good loving home. It needs it's dignity restored. lol

I'd pass on that car..the 99 cobra's are slow. A buddy at work has a 99 with intake and catback and raced my Auto GT full exhaust/intake/tb/plenum/dyno tune and I put like 8 cars on him all 3 times we raced. And that is with my 2 12" rockford fosgate p3's and my heavy *** 1500 watt amp.

Anybody here have the august 2007 issue of Mustangs and Fast Fords? There is a rediculous looking 97 Cobra on page 289.

Take off the stripes and wheels, and put your cobra r's on and it would be a nice car. Oh, and change the door pins...As sick looking as they are, I'm sure someone would buy them wheels off you. Let us know what you do...

performance mod, un in 99 ford did something wropng on the cobras witht eh intake and i think exhaust. it never really made the realt 320 hp.. ford did a really big recal where they changed the intake, and exhaust, and i think 1 more thing. and then it made the 320.. you can tell by if it has a blue or green dot on the driver side of the intake. here is a picutre of it..
