Everything arrived yesterday and there is a problem with the seat track, When i pulled it out of the box, the lift motor was messed up, the back half of the motor was only partially attached to the front half and one of the motor brushes was chipped, I managed to get it back in one piece and surprisingly the motor does work, What are my options here?
it does work but i don't want it crapping out in a week

well you have a 12m/12k warranty wth it, so if you want to send it back now or later for a free replacement, thats your call but I cant refund your shipping expenses shipping it back to me, but I can cover it going back to you.....

if and when you send it back, I'll need a copy of the invoice, vin # and mileage
