ok, i ordered some items from here and that was on 2/3/05..i have called and they said it should be shipped today...SUPRISE, it hasnt..so does it sound normal for it to take almost 2 weeks to even ship the stuff...im not trying to be an ***..i just wanted to have it all in before my birthday(2/11), thats why i ordered it early...so should i just be patient or call some more?

 

I'm sorry about your experience with MT. I've ordered several things from them and they always are really nice and prompt about sending stuff out. I would give them a call. I don't mean to bash company's, but if you were ordering something from UPR, the bad customer services wouldn't suprise me at all. I ordered a interior dash trim kit from UPR and it took them 45 days to get it to me. Good luck.

Most of the stuff has an expected time to ship on the description page... I know the one order I placed took 20 hours to get to my door.

 

My bumper inserts were on back-order. Im still waiting for those.

Oh I totally know you weren't trying to bash...I was bashing UPR a little bit. I don't like doing that, but I've had some bad experiences with them. I try to buy everything I possibly can from mustang tuning because they have great customer service and good prices, and you gotta love the free shipping with anything over $50 Congrats on the new mods. :thumbsup:

I have a shorty antenna, and the reception is just as good as stock you should not notice a deferens. I didn't...

 

I've got an order here still pending. I've ordered from UPR 2 times and got my order in 3-4 days. The first time i didnt put my expiration date in and the called me on the phone an hour later and still got my order out that day.

I guess anyplace it's what you order if they have it in stock, quite a few places drop ship, someone else ships you the part and they dont control that.

 

Ive noticed a difference in reception for the worse. If I were you, id get the 13 inch or even do the "cut-method" on your stock one. I dont listen to the radio that much so im leaving it.
