Default Oil Trap ......

I bought one of those oil traps that goes inline with the vaccum hose but Im not sure if its hooked up to the right hose or not. The reason why Im not sure is because there hasnt been any oil in it ever. The cotton filter has turned brown but theres never any real oil in it.

Ok I have it hooked inline with the hose that goes from the intake pipe to the drivers side valve cover. Is that right? Is it suppoesd to be connected to the passenger side where the PCV valve is? No its not the steeda one its one i bought from home depot but its the exact same thing.

it should be connected to the other one as the passenger side one is the one that tends to suck in the most oil. but if i was you just get another and add it to the other side. and i had a home depot one on my truck too. its the same thing really.
