I have the same problem... doesnt sound to serious to me so i ignore it. I figure its just a loose exhaust piece vibrating on somethin.

it might be hitting on the transmission crossmember. My xpipe hits there sometimes if I torque the engine hard enough or kind of jump on it while turning. Jammed one of those rubber strap like exhuast hangers between the pipe and the member, which worked, but there really is no good way to keep it there. I had some tie straps there to hold just to see what would happen by putting the strap there. Obviously, the heat eventually got to them and through movement, the strap fell out somewhere along the road. Im still working on a way to keep it there as that is the quick cheap fix for the problem.

i had the same problem when i put on my cat back, it must have moved when i tightened it up and was touching the frame, it just needed to be moved over and tightened back up so it stayed far enough away that it wouldnt make any noise

Just a thought but maybe the exhaust / gear install might be a red herring. Check the shelf that your amplifiers are mounted on under the back dash in your trunk. Mine seem to wiggle loose every 6 mos or so. It's just 4 bolts that need snugged up.
