I would say take to a shop, and to stop capitalizing the first letter of every word, thats just weird... and It might fix the problem.
Like, we could all sit her and talk about what we think is wrong, but you will still have to bring it to a shop. Honestly I think the rattle would be from a loose cat, or cat heat shield or something, but would really explain this 'power loss' so, to a ford dealership or shop with you!

if it sounds like a marble in a paint can that it could be detonation. considering it happens when the car is hot makes me lean that way even more. You could have some carbon build up etc... there is alot to narrow down here.

Is the noise from the outside of the engine or inside? and does it happen when you rev the egine while stopped or only under a load?

You have any kind of mods like a programer, higher compression, different timing, etc? Try running higher octane. If that cures the problem, then you definately have a detonation problem.

Sounds like pinging to me if its only under load. Like spike said, try higher octane fuel. Also take your air filter out and see how dirty it is. Also clean your mass air flow meter. mine used to ping on heavy acceleration because my k&n would let dirt and oil through and cause my mass air flow meter to get incorrect readings from being dirty and oily.

Right after the filter, you will see a plastic cylinder thats bolts to the airbox.

I am having the same problem, can someone help? I have a 2001 cobra just got a brand new clutch, flywheel, and tranny done 1k miles ago. Only rattles once hot and taking off in a 1st gear, or in a higher gear with lower RPMs and accelerating. It is really killing my HP, also have blow by when accelerating hard small oil leak. Those are my only problems
