Default 98 out of 1 year storage with issues

Hey guys,

Hope you can help my troubleshooting process. I stored my 98 GT for about 12 months due to a job change that required too much driving so I garaged the stang for a year. New battery and started right up, but I am having some weird electrical issues. The factory stereo and alarm aren't working at all. I have seen some ways to reset my fob to handle the alarm and keyless entry. The speedometer isn't working at all and my power door locks don't work. When i hit the lock button i see the dash lights get a little surge like the power is going to illuminate the dash versus operating the locks. The interior lights on the rear view mirror won't come on either. I have seen a short circuit cause similar symptoms on other vehicles. Where should I start chasing the electrical bug? Thanks in advance. I'm changing the oil and filter tomorrow, which I last did right before storing the car. My odometer gear failed before storage so I will probably finally fix that with a replacement worm gear. From what I've read these odometer gears crap out on everyone.

Update. I had some blown fuses in both fuse boxes and a short in the instrument cluster. Stang is running like a champ again.
