Default Bad Ignition Boots???

Hey guys... im new on here.. i have a little dilema.. i have a 2001 ford mustang gt. When i step on it.. it doesnt really take off, it sounds like its bogging, and it will like studder a little bit. it does that when the car is nice and warm.. on a cold start the car runs fine..i already changed the spark plugs and the problem went away for like 2 days.. i was wondering if the ignition boots could be causing a misfire.. some are like torn. but where it connects to the coil and not the spark plug. I'd rather spend $50 on all the boots than $50 for just one coil.. if you guys can help me on this i would really appreciate it.. Thanks!

Welcome aboard Robert, a good rule of thumb is anytime you have a torn booth or rotted booth, weather it be on a plug wire or COP, replace it! The chances of a misfire just increased 10 fold.
