Default Function On idling 05 GT

Yea i have a 05 GT tang that i bought new & put the cold air intake on it when i got it ,i also had the super chip put in it with no cats off road h-pipe on it.I have had no problems with this car at all until about a month ago i noticed when i was like idling out of gear the rpms would jump up too 16 18 rpms, then it would go down maybe a few times like that then it would just die.I have no engine light on and when i'm on cruise control or just driving down the road i can fel the car kinda surging. It dont miss it sill runs great it's just agravating when it surges up & down like that.I've heard few tings they say to do like to get anyone take on it & see if maybe someone here has had that to happen.I'm thinking of trying 1st info i got on cleaning my k&m air filter & then use the throttle body cleaner to clean it out & see if that helps.Any info be appreciated!

Clean your MAF. The little chip looking thing that sticks into your CAI. Get some MAF cleaner from O'Reilleys or something and just spray off, let dry and then put it back in without touching the actual MAF part.

If that doesn't work then I think it'd be a tune issue. Superchips aren't the greatest in the world, but I'm sure they'd help you fix it if it was a tune issue.

You said it's a chip right? Did they give you anything so you could plug it into the computer and update the tune? If so, then you might want to try that too. They should have tune revisions for it, where they fix all the little bugs and stuff in the tune.
