Question about 62mm twin throttle body
if i was to install this would it void my 5yr/60k warranty. also if it does if i put it back on will i beable to get around voiding it?

No it won't void it. Magnussen-Moss Warranty act forbids that.
If you blow your motor, pull off ALL aftermarket bolt-on bits, return to stock and there's not a lot they can say. You do this bit just to avoid having the not-void/is-so-void/howzabout-a-lawsuit/sorry-it's-covered conversation.
