Just what it says. You are lean on bank 2. You most likely have a vacuum leak on that side of the motor somewhere such as the intake manifold to cylinder head.

My car was throwing the same code, and I put my intake on and off about 3 times, kept throwing the same code. Personally I think its a exhaust leak upstream from the O2 sensor, like at the head. I really cant tell you for sure but I plan on installing some headers soon so, hopefully it goes away after that.

Default code

Lean codes are almost always vacuum leaks or MAF related. They can be caused my many other thnigs, though. Don't be fooled by the "bank1" or "bank2" thing bec. most likely, the other bank is right at the threshold also. The PCM stores the code for the first bank that reached the threshold. Make sure there is no unmetered air entering the engine and that the MAF wires are clean. Check for vacuum leaks. I have NEVER seen a vac leak before the O2 cause a lean code. even on known leakers. A bad or worn O2 can also cause this. If you don't find anything visiually, you would be way better off taking it to a good tech to check out. I see people spending a lot of waster dollars replacing unnecessary parts trying to chase stuff like this down. BTW, I have also NEVER seen an intake gasket on a modular 2V set a lean code. It is common on some Ford engines, though.

vacuum leak or possibly a bad o2 sensor.

not a fuel system issue...

something is making your o2 sensor think its lean. typically its a vacuum leak after the MAF. You could also have a exhaust leak before your o2 sensor.
