Default Fuel question.

hey, i just got my first car yesterday. its a 1997 Mustang GT. Its purple. I love it!

but anyway i just filled it up for my first time today and i put regular in. But i was wondering if the previuos owners of the car put premium in and i feed it regular...how bad will this mess up my engine?

btw i cant afford premium...im only 15 and dont make alot..

it won't hurt anything unless it has an aftermarket tune for premium. otherwise you are wasting money putting premium in it.
Congrats on the stang! i have to wait till i am eighteen (sixteen now) to get my dads.
Post some pics up asap!!

No it shouldnt gunk it up anymore than normal, if you raely wanted you could put a bottle of fuel system cleaner through it for good measure.

I like the look of purple.

unless its tuned for 93, put in regular. you are throwing away your money and possibly limiting your performance.
