Default Question on fuel injectors

When you get a new supercharger is it really important to get new fuel injectors??? Also if you get new injectors I know u have to get your mass air sensor retuned where do you get that done at or can you get that done when they are retuning your car for the supercharger adjustments?

Yes, one thing you dont cheap out on when installing any kind of power adder is fuel. Going lean once at WOT will be possible end to your precious motor. The injectors usually come in a kit with the supercharger. Oh by the way, I would check out www.modularpowerhouse.com Tim is like a god when it comes to the modular motors. He sells what he calls his mongoose kit for about 3800 bucks, and it comes with EVERYTHING. He uses an adaptive tune and hasnt lost a motor yet. Give him a try, you wont be dissapointed with his service either. Good luck, I know this is where my money is going.

THANKYOU so much for showing that site to me that kit is definatly what i will get in the future. One question how many psi of boost is that thing? It looks awesome and a vortech supercharger was my second choice behing procharger so i am happy thanks madmatt! Also should i go with thwe novi 2000 or the vortech one? How much boost are those two? Anyways also are the 30 ib. injectors it comes with enough poundage? I had always heard 42 was better but it's their kit so i guess they know best. LMK Thanks

I think Tim either changed the kit, or recommends using the 42s, but cant remember for sure. They also have a great forum that will answer any of your questions. Glad I could help. The Novi 2000 is a big blower if I remember correctly, and I think Tim said at one point that the Vortech is also a GREAT blower. Good luck man, hopefully one day Ill have the money for it too.
