I bought my XCal2 in late 2007, so I'm guessing it has all the latest firmware updates. But for some reason, I don't have the user adjustable parameters option. I want to change simple things like tire size and gear ratio (after I get them installed), but I don't think I can. Advice anyone?

 

It can be unlocked by whoever sold you the tuner.

 

American Muscle sold me the tuner. Aren't they supposed to unlock it for me since the user adjustable parameters feature is advertised on their site?

 

If it says you can and you cant a simple email and they should be able to send you a new tune with that feature turned back on.
