Question exhaust or intake

I currently have a k&n Cai, straight-throught after cats, 4:10's, diablo sport tuner, MGW shifter. anyway wondering what whould be a better way to go next TB and upper intake, or a cat back system. also what would be the best product to go with with either option

a 70mm TB is worthwhile to open up the top end (it aint gunna help a lot but a tad) but I'd probably save my pennies for the cam option and screw all the bolt-on crap. Save the 2-3 hundred bucks and put it into a lumpy cam set and install. VT stage 1 or 2 or comp xe262 or 270.

Catback- no HP gain, just gives you a nice sound.
T/B & Plenum- 5- 7rwhp gain.

a grand isn't out of the question in Cali. SD may have lower prices.
