What kind of forget or billet internals do you all have? Where did you buy them?

Manley 18CC Dished Pistons
MMR Brand Forged H Beam Rods (Made by Manley/ModMax)
Stock Forged Crank

I got the pistons and rods on a special that MMR was running. It actually beat my distrubutor price from a friend.

Probe -4.5cc pistons
3D H-beam rods w/arp2000 hw
ford forged crank
ferrea 6000 series valves
Manley springs
FM and speedpro main and rod bearings (H-series)
ARP main and head fasteners

The Mustang Depot. I set up a GP and lots of us got forged goodies for 5.4L swaps. I think this board will have like 10 5.4L 2v cars on it within the next year or so.

EDIT: forgot the cams.. Comp XE270ah-13. A pretty fat cam but the 5.4 needs it.

Ah yes, I forgot the ARP 2000 bolts on mine also, gotta have those.

I'll be running the new ARP headstuds, but no main's on this guy. It's a 6 bolt so it should be very happy with life.

there lots of good aftermarket internals out there all i would have to say is research them. I myself went with Manley piston,Eagle h beam rod and a Callie crank.
