Default PCV leak?

Wondering if any of you guys have the similar problem as I do. On the Pass. side valve cover where the PCV valve is there always seems to be oil coming out of where the PCV valve goes into the cover. I'm not sure if anyone has any ideas maybe replacing the PCV valve either that or I was thinking about putting in an oil seperator?

I make separator kits for modulars. 150 bones is the normal cost. Comes with all braided AN lines and fittings.

what about putting a pcv valve with a filter on it essentially blocking off the pcv system all together. Just and idea I'll problaby just throw a seperator and new pcv valve on it and call it a day.

if you block off the PCV system then you lose the ability to properly ventilate the crankcase. No bwaynoh!

If you're trying to solve the issue of a little oil always being around the PCV valve itself on the valve cover, I think you'll have a hard time accomplishing that goal with either solution.

The oil separator removes oil vapor from the PCV air that goes into the intake. It's not going to help the little bit of oozing that happens around the valve itself. Replacing the valve won't help either. A little bit of silicone sealant would probably work though.

thats all I was really worried about I suppose. But I guess it wouldn't be a bad idea to get an oil seperator especially when I'm going to be spraying it here in the near future.

catch can sizing is dependant on the vacuum signal of the system and cubic inches of displacement. put the wrong one on and you waste the effort entirely.

Here's pics of mine installed.
