Default IAC, PCV, Fuel Filter

Randy, how often should the IAC, PCV, and Fuel filters be changed, (03 GT all bolt ons and cams)? The car has around 19,500 miles. Ill be going in for a new tune sometime before May, so Im thinking about doing a minor tune up before then. Im also thinking about running some of that Seafoam stuff through the car before I install the new parts, any advice? Thanks...

fuel filter and PCV valve should be changed at @30k and the IAC, prob at @60K, also O2's should be changed at @60 to 80k
I have no personal experence wth the Seafoam product, so I can't comment on it.

Seafoam is good for cleaning out the carbon crap. Since you dont have a lot of milage on your car you should be fine. On higher milage cars it has been known for it to cause problems....seals and other degradeable item life can be shortened. Just be aware of that but overall great product restored all lost hp.
