Obviously the heads and cams and intake, but do you need a new ECU or wiring harness?

if you want the cmcp's and variable cam timing to work you'll have to have a new ecu and at least some new wiring. 3v2000gt will probably be in soon and he'll have more info.

Heads, Intake, adaptor plates for the intake and headers (from www.loganmotorsports.com)ECU will work fine you will just have to get adjustable cam gears from blow-by-racing to disable the variable cam timing, and you will need someone who knows a little bit about wiring and computer tuning. you will also need the 3v spark plug boots. If you need any more info get in touch with logan motorsports, they have a full list of what is needed to complete the swap.

I wonder if you can do the 3v swap with the 5.4 or would it be worth it?

Of course you can the 5.4's come with 3v heads so the factory intake is already out there for the 5.4 with 3v heads.

yeah you can do it but you have to shorten the intake or get a big cowl hood
