Default Stage 3 cams???

Ok well i am definately doing cams with the rebuild, i noticed that there really arent a lot of people with stage 3 cams, i definatey will not be doing stage 1's, i really want that rough lopey idle, so is there anything wrong with the stage 3's that i dont know about other than the rugh idle??

also will "supercharged" cams work fine with nitrous?

Normally Stage 3's are a BIG BIG no no for MOST people.

However, I see you are getting the rebuild done with the forged motor. You are definitely going to need new heads with that new block to run the Stage 3's along with springs. Those are the only things I know of off the top of my head you will need, make SURE you get what you need though, call a shop or something and find out, Stage 3's are monsters.

Stage 3's are made to run as one hell of a high RPM too, so I think something has to be done about the rev limiter and crap like that too...

Thats just some hearsay, not a huge knowledge buddy on cams, but I threw that in. Find out more before you dive into Stage 3's though. There's a reason why MOST people dont go with them, lol.
