Ok, Dell...not TOO bad...still poor CS, but once you get to a lead tech, everything works itself out.

Why?

Because they are replacing my Inspiron 8600 with a brand spanking new Inspiron 9300/9400, configured to what my 8600 was at (it will actually be a little better) for free.

Dell gets an A+ for this move.

 

Wow, thats awesome just do some online research to see what people say about the one you are getting.

 

If I get the 9400 that im hoping for, im going to be a VERY happy camper (Dual Core Processor *drool*).
