Ok, Dell...not TOO bad...still poor CS, but once you get to a lead tech, everything works itself out.
Why?
Because they are replacing my Inspiron 8600 with a brand spanking new Inspiron 9300/9400, configured to what my 8600 was at (it will actually be a little better) for free.
Dell gets an A+ for this move.
