Just seen an SVO for sale around here for $3500. If I had the money I would have got it in a heartbeat.

I had a 98 eclipse and never had a problem in the 4 years or so that I had it. Had over 100K miles when I got rid of it. It's all how you take care of the car. My aunt has a 2002 GT and she hardly drives it and it already had a problem with oil leaking, fuel pump has been replaced and a few other problems. Oh and the car has less than 30,000 miles on it.

Haha, it was probably one of those where it was like 4:30 Friday afternoon, guys starting to finish up work and get ready to go home, then they realize ****, anyone get to that last Mustang? No, dammit, just slap it together, it should be fine.

the non turbo engines werent dsm motors, they were chrysler. Dsms also stopped after 99.

My gf has a 99 gs-t, its a fun little car to drive, although her car is an auto.

You're a lucky SOB, $400 is a steal. I still like your Mustang better though.

Nice ******* Buy!!

I'm so jealous. I want your car as my next project car. Once they're built and have a good, built tranny in them they haul ***. Watch IFV Films Texas Streets and the Talon in that vid. It's ******* ballzy as can be. I will be following this build for sure.

Flat black the thing and get some nicer wheels in black. Still sleeperish, but can haul *** underneath.

one thing about the remote shifters in those types of cars... i HATE remote shifters. they have no 'feel' to them as our SN95 and new edge cars do with our direct shifters. i like to feel the transmission, not have a shifter where i have to guess which gear it's in. i hate numb *** remote shifters with a burning passion.

+1. My car has a remote shifter and it feels better than most Cobras with shitty aftermarket shifters.

Stock shifter it sucked so I guess I see your point. But who keeps the stock baseball bat of a shifter anyways. I'll stick to my 1" shifter. It matches my......ego.

You should be adding a cam and long tubes to your car.
