2010 Taurus SHO

No you wouldn't. Trust me. They may all be the same price, but replacement parts/labor for the cars you mentioned are a lot more. I'll give an example: ONE headlight for my Audi was $550 (+ $150 or so per each xenon bulb, which would mean $300 if you had HID high and low beams.) Compare that to a Ford Crown Vic, which has headlights that are under $50 a piece. Granted they weren't the same price when new, but the parts themselves are pretty comparable. Just sayin.. If you plan on keeping the car past the warranty period, the Ford would be a better decision financially. Plus the people that usually drive the brands you mentioned can be summed up with one word: ******

We're a whole different breed compared to Bimmer drivers.. At least WE know how to use our ****** turn signals

yeah I hate BMW's so for a couple reasons, they cant use turn signals as mentioned, they think as they get closer to the factory facility its like they gain some super natural power and are drawn to drive like idiots in whatever lane they so choose ( still not using turn signals ) and are all over the road...
Did I say I cant stand BMW drivers! The cars are nice and all but damn way over priced and there parts are out of this world as Audi mentioned. I use to work for a company that designed there interrior parts...crazyness!
I was just saying the other day I am surprised Ford hasnt come out with a SVO/Turbo Mustang with all this retro designs going on. That would fit right in with cars getting the 35mpg with the new govt standards that are being pushed now.

My thoughts exactly. It still weighs a lot more than the previous SHO and still only comes in an auto, which can be good but bores me.
I see a bunch of young ****** buying the SHOs and thinking they have a viper or something like they're hot ****....

eh.. These cars will be too pricey for the average younger guy to pick up, at least while they are new. Something tells me that the older cars will become even more popular now (perhaps with the aforementioned younger guys,) since people always like to compare the new generation with the old one.

I see it going boom. A taurus is a taurus. Just like a Dodge SRT4 is still a neon.

Ohh it'll happen. People will get into tuning them for sure.
If people deck out Ford Fusion's and tune those, they'll definitely do it to the SHO.
My buddies mom is buying one and already has started talking to me about how she wants it decked out so it'll beat her husband's GT500. Lol.
