My girlfriends Chevy Colbalt is on the fritz!

Her car keeps unlocking itself, like someone is pushing a button on the remote, but no one is. It also keeps the alarm set like the doors are locked. I tried starting the car and it kept doing it while I was inside and the engine was running.

Anyone know how to go about fixing that?

 

Get it up to 100mph, aim it straight for a tree, but make sure you jump out first.

Or, you could put it in neutral and push it off the edge of a cliff.



Reason why I say those things is because my best friend has a 2008 Cobalt and it is a piece of gutter ****.

 

I would say disconnect the battery and see if you can get the **** to reset but I think you probably have a short somewhere

 

I'd take back to the dealer, if its still under warranty, and have them fix it.

 

I like the way he thinks^^^ lol I would also just have the dealer look at it too
