I read in motor trend earlier this morning that possibly in 2008 the mustang is due for anohter "facelift" and will possibly be making another bullitt. The article was about the new 350 hp charger r/t and the mustang gt, on the remake of the great classic car chase of all time in the movie bullitt between the 68 charger r/t and the 68 fastback mustang. Might pick it up and read it, its pretty interesting, has the specs on the two cars. Turns out the gt is faster the track times than the charger. But still take both cars :icon_rabb

 

Its to bad the new charger didnt get designed after the old chargers, dodge had to take the cheap route and make a few modifications to the 300 body style and call it a charger, just to get that name back in the market to make money, it looks like a really bad body kit on a 300, plus its a 4 door, what were they thinking???????????? :sad1:

 

Yea, but dont line up next to an SRT8 with less than nitrous or a blower, or it will show you its tail lights, after you watch all 4 doors pass you...lol. Yes, they are kinda ugly, but wow, I kinda want one.

 

yeah i agree with both, but i saw the movie and i loved the body on the carger in it. They should of tried to remake that body style, but they did what they did.

 

there's a guy running around here that works at a wheel shop that has a black charger. I drool al over that thing when he comes by. it's got black and chrome 22's and a really mean sounding exhaust. i have to say....it's one bad looking car!!!

 

The new Charger looks very weak in pictures.

But in person... its bitchin!
