Default So frustrated with my car

Let me give you all a scooop of why my car is possessed. There are the little bumps in the road and some that have been FUBAR.

Granted some have been my fault. And alot from previous owner

1. Previous kid had a bumpin sound system. But speakers were blown out and wiring was completely messed up. Had to redo it
2. Got into accident. Supposed had the frame fixed instead of totally out the car and getting $12k FOR IT. which i would of taken but insurance is gay like that.
3. Lowered my car, shop decided to make their own "camber kit" and destroyed my shock towers.
4. After lowering found that the previous owner bent the rear end WOOOHOOO
5. Power steering went out, while they were doing that the alternator froze and that was replaced
6. Dual exhaust was welded incorrectly and the tips dont line up
7. A/C does not work
8. There is a short in my fog light wiring so my right fog light keeps going out
9. Just got a camber kit and they have to weld the holes and redo my shock towers
10. TO BE DETERMINED

I am getting very frustrated with my car and after i get this stuff fixed i believe i am gonna ditch it for something else. And it won't be a mustang because i will be getting my own policy and a mustang will be out of the question especially if i want full coverage. Probably an older chevy truck because I am getting tired of borrowing my friends trucks to haul stuff around.

I know what you are going through. I have to get my A/C fixed and their is a hiccup in my transmission. But once those things get fixed my car is going back up for sale.

I have an 08 and its 300 a month for mine....that's with no wrecks, and no tickets at all. Insurance is so ******* ridiculous. To them young male + mustang = money tree

Only major problems I have is that my CD player sucks as taking burned CD's because they are thicker and it makes it made and does not what to let them go sometimes, and the U-joints are bad from all the hard launches on sticky tires on the bottle. Otherwise my car has been great.

I swear its the people who always baby their cars are the ones who have problems I swear. Then guys like me who (while we take car of them) we beat the **** out of our cars, driving them hard and we are fine. I mean I have tons and tons of drag strip passes a few sets of drag radials have gone under and threw her and she is still on the stock tranny, motor, rear end. You can ask anyone on here who has ridden in my car, I drive it hard as hell.

They are truly cool trucks. I mean they handle well, look good, sound good, cheap to make faster, and they can tow. Sign me up. Though I like the gen 2's more I would love to have a white gen1 and a silver gen2 in my garage with the mustang. One day it will happen here I know it.

In case no one knows I have a soft spot for Ford trucks. I am a truck guy at heart. I wanted a Lightning and I almost had a 2001 silver one, but I just could not swing the payments and they were gonna give me nothing on a trade in on my Hot rod F150.

i found a lifted 93 ford f250 with a 460 big block with 70k original miles on it for 8k...for full coverage it would be like 130-150 bucks a month reeeeally clean truck. White with black steelies.

cylinder 1 is what happened to me!!lol each time we had to replace the piston which showed signs of detonation and each timeit caused a pretty size hole in both blocks, same exact diameter and place on both blocks. same thing just happened to again but wasent that bad, just need to replace the piston and we actually found out whats been causing these mishaps, soo hopefully thatll be the last, lol

I'm more of a street muscle truck guy. This was my first car a 99 F150 4.6 auto with full bolt on's geared, stalled, built auto, traction bars, and a good shot of nitrous of course.

I've beaten my car like a rented mule since the very first minute I had it. It's returned fabulous reliability and only those parts that I've dealt the most astounding levels of abuse to have failed and they've always failed in significantly lower proportion of severity to the level of the abuse that spawned them than you'd expect. Built Ford tough.

I love lightenings! I've almost got one several times, but ended up getting a '96 Bronco (auto)...man even stock that thing was a monster, I still find myself missing it at times. I can't even image that beast with full-bolt-ons yet alone nitrous (however I'm not a fan of spray)...

Lightinings FTW!!! We had a Harley addition F-150 until we started "Ripping the rear end out" by pulling our boat. (this is what the dealership said and my rents can't keep a car longer than two years for some reason.)
