Someone Broke into My Mustang
The other day I was at the bar for the Eagles game at a calm bar on monday. Not a crazy place or anything. I go to come out after the game to leave when it's raining and my friends go to the passenger side and tell me someone broke into my car. The passenger car window was completely shattered. My friend's purse was stolen, and nothing else, like my GPS, radar detector, absolutely nothing else. She even had it hidden. I can't believe ******* scum bags these days. Getting new window installed today for $175 and getting it tinted today, tomorrow or friday.
And I had just got done my last class and final ever for college that day too. Graduating this friday. What a great way to celebrate.

Damn that sucks. My best friend had the same thing happen. The theives sit in parking lots and watch for a woman to go in without a purse. They know we don't go any where without one, they walk up, break the glass, take the purse and are gone. She had her credit card attempted within 20min. at a Target for over $600. Luckily it was already maxxed.
Congrats on graduation!!!

Last year around this time my brothers then brand new audi A4 was broken into (rear passenger side window smashed) here in the lovely city of providence RI, and all of his christmas gifts were stolen out of the trunk, ina ddition to his audio upgrades, but not his radar detector or GPS.

I sure hope they have internet in prison because if anyone did that to my car and I ever got ahold of them, that's where I'd be!
I think when Metallica named their album 'Kill 'em All', they were talking about thieves.
I know they weren't, but still...

Also, if someone is in a loud place such as a bar, if the alarm went off no one would probably hear it. All the alarm would do is scare the thieves away, but like Stephen said, it only takes probably 15 seconds, so an alarm really wouldn't do much under those circumstances.

on my car my alarm is mad sensitive ill be brushing snow off and it will go off.. so the other night my alarm goes off at like 2 am i run outside and my step bro just lightly hit my car pullin in cause it was icy out lol.. but it sucks scumbags have to do **** like that..

it doesnt matter how sensitive they are, i brushed up againts a guys spoiler and it went off, once again the alarm doesnt make your car turn into kevlar, it would still take them 15 seconds to break in no matter how sensitive it is.

If you don't think an alarm will help you clearly are wrong.
Thieves don't want attention. They are less likely to break in if they see the blinking light on the inside.
Viper alarms are awesome. I'd reccomend one, but they are costly.

Some car alarms come with a remote alarm that goes on your key chain. It goes off when your alarm goes off, if you cant hear your car from where you are. Not sure how long of a distance it works for, but thought it was pretty cool.
I wish they sold bullet proof windows cheap, I'd pick up a set for sure.

Where you live? It was weird because it's not like I parked alone, and there was definetly a nice Escalade right near me too haha. It was a bad day that day.

got my *true blue* stang broken into and had my ipod taken, registration, gym bag, and other random **** but they decided to inflict 2,000 bucks worth of damage while they stole my insignificant belongings inside my stang. ******* bastards

That sucks. Thievin' bastards...I just cannot believe that all they go through to nab something from a car or two is easier than just going somewhere and getting a damn job. Alarms do help, but nothing will make it "break-in proof". The "smash-and-grab" type are getting more and more popular it seems.
I have had a couple cars broken into, and one car stolen. I had an 84 GT Turbo anniversary Mustang that was at my friends house. Someone broke into it and stole my stereo- which was a piece of ****, my battery, and my wallet. It took a little while, but I found out who did it. I seriously doubt he will ever even consider taking anything from me again. Damn, did it ever feel good. Nothing like a little personal satisfaction.
