Default would i need to lower the car if i put 17x7 black and chrome rims on my car(wit pics)

In may im going to put some black and chrome 17x7 inch rims on my car. The tire will be 245/45/zr17. Its the last pair of these rims they have, and they will not be getting another shipment at all. The price is 700 for tires and rims together, from a shop called zisser down my street. The rims look really really nice I might add. But what im asking is if it is really nessasry for me to lower the car when i get them put on.
Here is how the car looks now, wit my stock 15's on them.

To answer your question, yes.
You are not really changing the height of your wheel and tire combo by that much, if anything at all. Your car will now have the wheel and tire height combo of a stock GT mustang (17"+45sidewall), and we need lowering pretty bad. Your car will actually ride a bit higher, being a lighter sixer and all.
Dare I ask, do you have a pic of these rims? I hope to god the offset is correct or it will look worse than when you started.
