george ruined boba fett's character with that jango/clone crap. kevin j anderson wrote an awesome back story for boba in one of his books. i wish george would have used it.

Now I give credit to Lucas for what he has done, but he's not a great director by any means. As far as the original Star Wars goes, he only directed the first one. Indiana Jones was so good because Lucas only produced and wrote the story (not screenplay) and Speilberg directed. Did you guys know that Lucas didn't want to use Ford for Han or Indiana? He didn't want to reuse actors, but he hired Ford to help with auditioning actors for Star Wars and nobody was as good at playing Han then Ford. Lucas was going to use Tom Selleck (yes, Magnum PI) for Indiana, but Spielberg said no. He wanted Ford.
