MAC Straight Shot

For the 2005 Mustang GT:

No re-flash required for the Mac Straight Shot? No "check engine" light issues?
Just install and drive?

Yes, install and drive. but when you install disconnect your negative battery terminal, and when the intake is on, let the car idle for a whole minute, and youll be good

What is the dealer's reaction to this being installed? Warranty voided?

nope, not at all, ittl come with a sticker to put somewhere in the engine bay saying its C.A.R.B D certified, well my k&n did

I dont know what the deal is with the new 05 mustangs, but they are a lot more sensitive to mods. Springstangs, if you are basing the info you are giving out on yours and my cars, be careful. They are much different. Every test Ive seen that has changed something on the intake side of the 05 stangs has needed a change in the computer to make it run right. Id get it checked just to be safe.
