Default Been thinking..

About getting a Focus SVT.

Anyone ever driven one? I know there was a guy that had one here, not sure if he's still around or not. Im sick of this stupid Integra and need something else practical for everyday.

They seem pretty cheap around here, about $10k for one with average mi.

Found this one on Auto Trader.

Comp. Orange. $9,800 with 63,xxxmi.

I think you are thinking of me. I love mine, great build quality and great car. I have the Euro edition and just love it. I highly recommend it.

What kind of mileage do you get? Advertised 37mpg Highway..

Im just so sick of this freakin' Integra.. I have no head room (head is literally on the roof), it rides rough, no safety (no airbags, nothing) and honestly is just no fun to drive.

i had a regular focus as a rental car when the 'stang was in the shop, i didn't like it at all, but again it was the cheap-o version....

I think they would make a fun daily driver, personally.

whats the price comparison on the neon versus focus? and oh yeah...small car to big car? i swear i'm actually starting to enjoy driving my corolla as much as my stang gt....that little corolla is wicked on turns and fits inbetween cars like a motorcycle sometimes...and omg the gas mileage...you can see the gauge moving on the stang sometimes but my corolla will go forever on a quarter tank...i'm gonna do that seinfeld kramer thing where he drove the car on empty for miles just to see...point is...you'll love that focus just cause its tiny

I've driven the svt's... they're peppy but I wouldn't call them fast. Add a blower and they suddenly become rockets.
