Default Fatal Stang wreck

Dude got killed here yesterday in his 98 Mustang. Ran off the road on a skinny little highway and over corrected. then he was at the mercy of inertia. He hit a tree and tore his stang in half. He was dead at the scene. He was doing well over 100 mph when he ran off the road. I've been on that road before and it's not a good one for speeding. Curves and dips in the road will throw you for a loop. Not sure of his age but I suspect he was young and didn't realize the consequences..

that sucks, but shows you shouldnt do it on "open roads". cant predict everything that could go wrong.

sucks to be him... see brakes are the most important mod. Just because nobody's around doesn't mean it's a good road to do 100 on.

That is very sad.

A few years ago in my neighbourhood, an 18 year old kid got into a fatal crash with his mustang. My father new his parents and they told him that their sons lifelong dream was to own a Mustang so he worked hard and saved up and finally bought his Stang and started modding and enjoying his ride.
Usually at funerals the family would put a pic of the deceased near the coffin, on the day of his funeral, as you walked into the funeral home his family didn't just have a pic of their son, they had a pic of their son standing next to his Stang. I believe after the funeral they put the pic in the coffin with him.

Stock stangs are made to go in a straight line. Even with alot of suspension work I would not feel safe taking turns at high speeds in any stang.
