looks like everyone had a rollcage... except the blue cobra... which makes you think that it had to be cut away to get the driver out or some sort. Otherwise, what a sad day in vintage racing history... :sad10:

Yes, it is, CSX2263 frame with a FIA body, people don't get it, these are Original Cars, they don't race for money, just for fun, there are no prizes, nothing.

More info here and makes for a good read:

To heck w/the Cobra (dont get me wrong, I like them), but look at the Boss302. That is a crying shame.

Yes, but boss 302's are a lot cheaper than vintage original shelby cobras. But, Id still have a hard time picking between the two...

What a loss! That effing horrible! Does anyone know what happened to cause such a thing? Because that wreck seems to be all over the place.

From what Ive read, they had about 60 cars on the track, and they are split up into different groups. Well, the first group started and someone slowed down and the starter held the green flag and someone started anyway and ran into the back of someone. Then, the second set of racers came over the hill at speed and plowed into the back on them. Read the link up above, itll prolly explain it better, I need to see a video of it.
