almost got into a wreck
I was driving home from work today at around 8:15pm and i almost got into a wreck. I was turning left at a light on a big 4 lane intersection, and the guy coming from the opposite side had his right turning signal on to make a right, so i went ahead and hit the gas to make the left turn and i look to my right while im doing it and I see the guys bumper RIGHT THERE from my car and he didn't make the turn, Like i basicually saw his bumper an inch away from my door, I automatically thought he was gonna crash into me i had even closed my eyes waiting for the impact, THANK GOD the other guy was driving pretty slow and breaked hard because if he would of been going prolly even 1mph faster, i think he would of hit me and we would of got into a wreck. It was one of the scrayest things i have been into, my heart wouldn't stop beating so fast after that, i had to pull into a gas station and just pump gas and wait for my heart to stop beating so fast. I drove home at like 10 under the speed limit after that.
The only thing i keep repeating to myself is "Thank You Father for preventing it". I dont even feel like driving anymore tonight.

you dont understand how close of an accident it was though, because i always get into one of those "near miss things", but this one was one of those "I already closed my eyes and my heart stopped beating knowing we were gonna crash" situations.

it's good that it turned out ok..
but in a non related wreck story.. i was riding in my friend's suv once, it's probably a early 90's model so its HUGE and its falling apart. he pulled out really quick and it was kinda wet and he fish tailed well he was aiming at a ditch so he tried correcting it but overcorrected and ended up in the other lane and then tried correcting it again but overcorrected again! he eventually got it straightened out but it was scary because we almost hit a ditch, almost hit a car, and then almost hit a ditch again lol
