Thats just about what I paid for mine, mine had only 69k on the speedo, and now is sitting at like 72k after 1.5 months of owning it.

I think out the door with a warranty I got it for 10.5 as well

Selling price is about right...4.6 engines last a very long time if taken care of....I can vouch for that..

 

better question is "how long will they last if you drive em a duke boy in hazzard county?"

 

sorry ...almost forgot the point...i would go with the first one...lower miles, better color...i hate to say this cause i'm gonna sell my stang one day..but when buying a mustang, i wouldnt even consider buying one that wasnt stock...cause if it has performance parts i think thats a good clue on how they drove it...like mine...a guy would have to be an idiot to buy my modded stang, especially if he saw the streetracer plate on it...when i sell mine i'm gonna try and make it stock and change the plate to some variation of "jesus loves us"

 

i know i got pretty lucky, but i got mine for 9.5 with 47,xxx and it's a 99
